  6. In order to submit your Letter of Inquiry and Full Proposal, you must download and complete a Project Budget Worksheet ("PBW") Excel file per below which requires detailed line-item descriptions of your proposed project expenditures. **

* Please note that many of the questions in the LOI, FP and FAA have conditional follow-up questions; we require 3 years of financial statements for the LOI.
** Please note, in order to properly complete the budget before final submission, the grant award $ amount on the workbook should match the grant $ amount announced in early January.
